جهة التحكم والتواصل جهة التحكم في بيانات تشغيل المنصة هي Yahya A Alzahrani، مالك منصة HSSE. البريد المعتمد لطلبات الخصوصية: privacy@yahya-hsse.com. البيانات ومصادرها تشمل بيانات الحساب الاسم واسم المستخدم والبريد والأدوار والصلاحيات، والبيانات التي تدخلها أنت أو مسؤول حسابك في التقييمات وخطط التشغيل والوثائق والصور والشعارات. وتشمل بيانات التشغيل سجلات الدخول والإجراءات والمراسلات وحالات الإرسال وملفات الجلسة الضرورية؛ قد تحتوي سجلات مزودي الخدمة على عنوان الشبكة وبيانات الطلب. لا تدخل كلمات مرور بريدك أو بيانات حساسة غير لازمة. الأغراض والأساس النظامي تُستخدم البيانات لإتاحة الحساب والتحقق من الهوية وتنفيذ الصلاحيات وإعداد الأعمال ومراجعتها واعتمادها وتصدير التقارير وإرسال الرسائل التشغيلية واستعادة الحساب وحماية الخدمة. يقترح أن تستند المعالجة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة إلى اتفاق استخدامها، وأن يوثق أساس حماية الخدمة وفق النظام المنطبق. كل استخدام إضافي يحتاج غرضًا وأساسًا محددين؛ بيانات الصحة والحوادث والأمن قد تكون حساسة وتحتاج ضوابط مناسبة قبل استخدامها. الإلزام والاختيار بيانات الدخول والصلاحيات لازمة لإتاحة الحساب. الشعارات والمعلومات غير المطلوبة في النموذج اختيارية؛ بعض حقول التقييم لازمة لإرساله للاعتماد. الاطلاع على إشعار الخصوصية ليس تفويضًا عامًا ولا موافقة تسويقية. الاشتراك في التسويق يكون منفصلًا واختياريًا وقابلًا للإلغاء دون تعطيل الخدمة الأساسية. المشاركة والوصول تتاح السجلات للمستخدمين المخولين بحسب الحساب والمجموعة والنظام، وتُشارك البيانات بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة وحمايتها وتنفيذ المتطلبات النظامية. يُراعى تحديد أغراض المعالجة وضمانات حماية البيانات ومتطلبات نقلها وفق النظام المنطبق. الاحتفاظ والحماية نحتفظ بالبيانات اللازمة أثناء تقديم الخدمة، ونتلف ما انتهى غرضه دون تأخير ما لم يوجب النظام أو نزاع قائم الاحتفاظ به. تُحدد مدة الاحتفاظ لكل فئة وفق غرضها ومسوغها. للمراجعة التشغيلية فقط: تقترح مدة قصوى 30 يومًا لاستكمال إغلاق الحساب وإجراءاته، و30 يومًا لسجلات الأمان عند استمرار الحاجة الفعلية إليها، و7 أيام لدورة النسخ الاحتياطية بعد تأكيد إمكان تنفيذها. تُحفظ إثباتات الموافقة بالحد الأدنى أثناء استخدام الخدمة وما يلزم لإثبات الحقوق فقط، وتُراجع ضرورتها عند الإغلاق. هذه المدد أهداف إدارية تحتاج اعتمادًا وتنفيذًا؛ لا تعني وجود حذف آلي للبيانات أو جواز تأخير إتلاف ما انتهى غرضه. حقوقك وطلباتها يمكنك طلب معرفة المعالجة والاطلاع على بياناتك ونسخة مقروءة منها وتصحيحها واستكمالها وإتلافها حين ينتهي غرضها وفق النظام، وسحب الموافقة عندما تكون أساس المعالجة، وتقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة. تُستقبل الطلبات عبر قناة الخصوصية المعتمدة بعد التحقق المناسب من الهوية؛ يراعى حق الآخرين ومتطلبات الاحتفاظ. المقترح التشغيلي الرد خلال 30 يومًا مع بيان سبب أي تمديد يسمح به النظام. قناة طلبات الخصوصية تُستقبل طلبات الخصوصية والاستفسارات المتعلقة بالبيانات عبر البريد privacy@yahya-hsse.com. هذه القناة متاحة قبل الدخول والتسجيل. لا ترسل كلمة مرورك أو مفاتيح الدخول، ويُطلب ما يلزم للتحقق من الهوية عند معالجة الطلب.
Controller and contact The controller for platform operational data is Yahya A Alzahrani, owner of the HSSE platform. The approved privacy contact is privacy@yahya-hsse.com. Data and sources Account data includes name, username, email, roles and permissions. You or your administrator may provide assessments, operations plans, documents, images and logos. Operational data includes login and action records, messages, sending status and essential session cookies; provider logs may contain IP addresses and request metadata. Do not provide mailbox passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Purposes and legal basis Data supports accounts, authentication, permissions, preparation, review, approval, report exports, operational messages, account recovery and service protection. Necessary service processing is proposed to rely on the service agreement; the basis for security processing must be documented under applicable law. Additional uses require specific purposes and legal bases. Health, incident and security information may be sensitive and requires appropriate safeguards. Required and optional data Login information and permissions are required to provide an account. Logos and fields not marked required are optional; some assessment fields are required for submission. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not blanket authorization or marketing consent. Marketing subscription must be separate, optional and withdrawable without disabling the core service. Sharing and access Records are accessible to authorized users according to account, group and module permissions. Data is shared to the extent necessary to provide and protect the service and comply with legal requirements. Processing purposes, data protection safeguards and applicable transfer requirements are addressed under applicable law. Retention and protection Necessary data is retained while providing the service. Data whose purpose has ended is destroyed without delay unless a legal requirement or ongoing dispute requires retention. Retention for each category follows its purpose and legal basis. Operational review proposals only: up to 30 days to complete account closure procedures; 30 days for security logs only while actually needed; and a 7 day rolling backup cycle after implementation feasibility is confirmed. Minimal acceptance evidence is retained while using the service and only as needed to establish rights; necessity is reviewed at closure. These are administrative targets requiring approval and implementation, not active automatic deletion or permission to postpone destruction when the purpose has ended. Your rights and requests You may request information about processing, access and a readable copy, correction and completion, and destruction when the purpose ends, subject to applicable law. You may withdraw consent where it is the processing basis and complain to the competent authority. Requests use the approved privacy channel with appropriate identity checks, considering others’ rights and retention requirements.
