حقوق المنصة وحقوق المستخدم حقوق العناصر الأصلية التي يملكها صاحب المنصة، ومنها الشفرة والتصميم والمحتوى الأصلي والقوالب والهوية، محفوظة له بالقدر الذي يقره النظام. لا يشمل هذا الادعاء مكونات الغير أو المعايير أو البيانات المفتوحة. تبقى حقوق بيانات المستخدم وشعاره ومستنداته لصاحبها؛ يمنح تشغيل الخدمة الإذن اللازم لمعالجتها وعرضها للمخولين فقط، ولا ينقل ملكيتها إلى المنصة. الاستخدام المسموح والتقارير يُسمح باستخدام النظام وحفظ الأعمال وتحديثها وتنزيل تقاريرها ضمن الصلاحيات الممنوحة. يجوز مشاركة التقرير لأغراض العمل المصرح بها مع إبقاء نسبة المنصة والحقوق وهوية الحساب أو المجموعة عند إرفاقها، وعدم كشف بيانات الآخرين. لا يجوز نسخ الشفرة أو إعادة بيع الخدمة أو إزالة الحقوق أو تقديم المنصة بهوية مضللة دون ترخيص مناسب، مع مراعاة الحقوق والاستثناءات النظامية. المحتوى والمكونات الخارجية المستخدم مسؤول عن دقة مدخلاته وامتلاكه حق رفعها وعدم رفع معلومات لا يحق له استخدامها. تُحترم تراخيص البرمجيات والمصادر الخارجية. تقارير المخاطر والتشغيل أدوات مساعدة؛ لا تمثل اعتماد جهة تنظيمية أو بديلًا عن المراجعة المهنية. تُراعى الحقوق النظامية ولا تتضمن هذه الشروط إعفاءً مطلقًا من المسؤولية.

Platform and user rights Rights in original platform elements owned by the proprietor, including code, design, original content, templates and identity, are reserved to the extent recognized by law. This does not claim ownership of third-party components, standards or open data. User data, logos and documents remain with their owners; service operation permits necessary processing and display to authorized users without transferring ownership to the platform. Permitted use and reports Users may operate modules, save and update work, and download reports within assigned permissions. Reports may be shared for authorized work purposes while retaining platform attribution, ownership notices and supplied account or group identity, and protecting others’ data. Copying code, reselling the service, removing notices or presenting it under a misleading identity requires an appropriate license, subject to statutory rights and exceptions. Content and third-party components Users are responsible for accurate submissions and authorization to upload them. Third-party licenses and source attribution must be respected. Risk and operations reports are supporting tools, not regulatory approval or a substitute for professional review. Statutory rights remain applicable; these terms do not provide a blanket liability exemption.
